Designed for efficiently recovering hydrochloric acid used during the pickling process before steel coil plating. After removing impurities from the coil surface with hydrochloric acid, the used acid can be recovered instead of being discarded, reducing waste and cost.
The spent acid flows through pipes and is sprayed as a fine mist through circular nozzles, effectively separating the acid from impurities. This process allows the clean acid to be reused, promoting resource efficiency and cost savings.
